We focus on real-asset backed investments including secure water entitlements, farmland, and food and fibre supply chain infrastructure.
Our investment strategies are carefully formulated based on our collective career experience in irrigated agriculture, water and commodity markets, financial risk management, agribusiness finance and export trade.
Argyle is principally motivated to:
Raise patient capital to invest in Australia’s agricultural industries to further their sustainable development;
Strategically invest alongside top-quartile farm operators to expand their agricultural operations and increase their productivity;
Promote the efficient use of Australian’s scarce water resources through our water market activities and the provision of risk management mechanisms for irrigators;
Provide corporate governance, strategic advice, finance structuring and commodity risk management expertise to assist our co-invested farming partners to sustainably grow their business interests; and
Generate non-correlated investment returns for our stakeholder investors.
Argyle manages a Water Fund, as well as several agricultural funds and mandates invested across a diverse farmland portfolio. Our investment management business operates independently and is fully owned by its management team.
